Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Cou Cou pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-10 business days.
